If a physical item you want to borrow is currently on loan, you can place a hold on that item. When it is available again, you will be notified and you can come and pick it up from the front desk.
To do this, simply click ‘Place Hold’ in the relevant catalogue entry. Note: You will be asked to log into your account.
Click ‘Confirm Hold’ to complete the process.
You can cancel a hold at any time by logging into your account, navigating to the ‘Holds’ tab on your account home page, and clicking ‘cancel.’
